Job Description
What You'll Do
Support the design, modeling, and documentation of sales incentive compensation plans (ICPs) for roles across the GTM organization including AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Sales Management.
Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations; partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of all commission payouts.
Maintain and audit data within the company's incentive compensation management (ICM) platform (Spiff) and flag discrepancies for resolution.
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM compensation reporting — including attainment summaries, overage/accelerator analysis, and plan cost-to-revenue ratios — for Sales leadership and Finance.
Field and resolve commission‑related inquiries from sales reps and managers, escalating complex disputes per defined SLA.
