Job Summary:
The Graduates Internship Program (PLANT Z – Pfizer Learning, Applying, Nurturing and Transforming Gen Z program) is designed to equip recent graduates for rapid customer-impact readiness through structured learning, real-world rotations, and mentorship. The program accelerates productivity and develops future commercial leaders.
This is primarily a sales-focused role (around 70% field exposure), where graduates actively promote pharmaceutical products, engage healthcare professionals, and contribute to achieving business targets. In parallel, participants gain cross-functional exposure (around 30%) through rotations across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain, enabling a well-rounded commercial foundation.
