Sales Leader – Wealth Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Leader – Wealth Management to lead the growth of our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory, with a proven track record of managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client portfolios valued at USD 10 million and above .

This role requires a commercially driven leader who can acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver tailored wealth management solutions while achieving ambitious business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Wealth Management division.
• Drive business development by acquiring new HNW and UHNW clients.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Wealth Relationship Managers and Advisors.
