Ryt Bank is looking for a strategic and results‑driven Sales Management Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and empower our teams to perform at their best.

You won’t just be managing sales metrics, Relationship managers performance, sales dashboard but you’ll also be shaping how we grow our credit and loan portfolio. From identifying lending market opportunities to coaching high-performing teams on credit product sales, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, enhancing customer experience, and delivering on our promise of banking that works for everyone.
