Sales Management Operations Associate

The Associate, Sales Operations Management Team is responsible for managing the processing of sales orders. This includes planning, leading, organizing, and establishing controls to ensure on‑time and in‑full delivery of all customer orders across the URC supply network and all customers served by Global Exports.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage processing of all customer orders across the region and communicate with Regional Sales and Regional Supply Chain.
• Liaise between Regional Sales and Regional Supply Chain (Planning and Logistics) on the stock situation, stock prioritization, and loadability concerns of the customers.
• Manage order configuration, recommending products to load based on stocks made available and layout the shipment plan.
• Coordinate the loading and shipment schedules with Regional Sales and Regional Supply Chain of each URC supply network.
