Job Description
หน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales business plan, detailing strategies for sales, revenue targets, and expense controls across all business units
- Oversee the day-to-day activities and overall performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop the sales team through ongoing motivation, one-on-one counseling, mentorship, and continuous product knowledge education and sales training (e.g., negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills).
- Set clear, challenging, yet achievable individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Track sales goals, monitor individual performance metrics, and report results as necessary, implementing corrective actions when required.
