Job responsabilities:
Responsible of achieving the predetermined sales objectives and budget by coaching and leading the Key Account Managers team. Make concrete objectives for your sales team and define individual targets Prepare annual budget per customer with follow-up Ensure that the sales process is followed by the KAMs etc... Job requirements:
Preferably university degree 5 years of experience min. Born communication and flexible team player Experience with people management Affinity with document management Fluent in Flemish , English and French is a + Offer:
