Job Description
Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants and deliver strong sales performance for assigned real estate projects. The role focuses on achieving targets, developing sellers, and ensuring operational excellence in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage Sales Consultants
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales action plans
- Monitor pipeline, productivity, and client accounts
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sellers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong track record in hitting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
