Sales Manager - Central Region (Xico)

Location: State of Mexico, Mexico City.

Reports to: Country Manager – Mexico.

Work Model: Hybrid.

Chesterton is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales and business development across CentralMexico, including Mexico City, State of Mexico, Hidalgo, Morelos, Guerrero, Queretaro, Guanajuato and SanLuisPotosi — a strategically important region for Chesterton.

• Meet and exceed sales targets of the territory through a team of dedicated salespeople directly attending end users accounts.
• Lead, coach, and monitor performance of the sales team and ensure alignment with sales forecasts and territory business plans.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, new product launches, and market programs throughout the region.
• Lead customer visits, high‑level presentations, and account planning sessions with key stakeholders.
