Job Description
This role is with a pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor serving long-term care pharmacies, independent retail pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of National Account Managers while driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and implementing sales processes and best practices. The role also requires collaboration with operations, supply chain, and regulatory teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, analyzing sales performance, forecasting revenue, and holding team members accountable to KPI-driven goals.
