Franke Home Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead national retail account growth across Canada and the U.S. This role owns strategic relationships with major Big Box and home improvement retailers, driving revenue, market share, and profitable expansion within the kitchen solutions category.

The Sales Manager serves as the primary commercial lead for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between customer strategy and Franke’s operational execution. Extensive travel within Canada is required, with occasional U.S. travel.
Your tasks
Lead national account strategy for major Big Box and home improvement retailers, driving revenue, distribution growth, assortment expansion, and promotional performance.

Develop and execute joint business plans, managing pricing, margins, forecasting, and volume targets to achieve profitability goals.
