Sales Manager – Fresh Fruits (UAE & GCC)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an international fresh fruit export company that works directly with growers and operates sourcing stations worldwide and supplying premium-quality fruits to importers, wholesalers, distributors and retail chains globally with Dubai serving as the regional commercial hub for expanding sales across the UAE and wider GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of fresh fruits sourced globally.
• Drive revenue growth across the UAE and GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional customer base.
• Support the setup and growth of the Dubai branch as the regional sales hub.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of fresh fruit varieties, grades, sizing, quality parameters and shelf-life expectations across markets.
