This position is responsible for all the activities and management of the Commercial Division in the following functions including
Achieving division’s budget sales, margins, profit and return on capital employed with use of KPI’s.Daily operation & sales to commercial sales through direct channel or distributors for Hong Kong.Assist Manager to develop marketing strategies for both the Division and the company.Grow the business segment.Support other Divisions to achieve overall satisfactory performance for ASSA ABLOY Hong Kong.
