Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (residential, commercial, and project based sales)
- Drive cross selling across product ranges
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion rates, ensuring consistent followups
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement an annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with sales targets
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including:
- Digital marketing
- In store/showroom promotions
- Events, exhibitions, and product launches
- Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, catalogues, showroom displays)
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels in line with supplier brand guidelines
