To further ensure and grow our sales department in LATAM, we are currently looking for a
Sales Manager.
As the Sales Manager you will lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the portfolio of NSF's Service offerings and ensuring sales goals and quotas are met.
Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
Lead a team of LATAM Territory Account Executives for the Food, ISR, and Water business units
Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team
Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
Provide direction & Leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the LATAM Sales team
Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities.
Recruit new team members as necessary
Establish staff priorities and assignments
Establish performance goals and monitor performance levels
