Sales Manager / Lead (Offline Retail & Key Accounts)

Poddo is a fast-growing laundry capsule brand. We have successfully secured listings in major premium and mass retail channels, including Cold Storage, Giant, Don Don Donki, Meidi-Ya, and Tokyu Hands .

We are not looking for a traditional sales executive who just follows instructions. We are seeking a proactive, highly strategic, and result-oriented Offline Retail Lead who can take full ownership of our brick-and-mortar business. You will be responsible for diagnosing current sales bottlenecks, proposing actionable retail strategies, and driving sell-through independently. You don’t wait for directions—you bring solutions and growth plans to us.
