**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
In this role, you will define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area within the Motion NEMA division in Mexico.
You'll lead daily execution of action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative targets profitably, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
You will also guide and develop the Marketing and Sales team through proactive leadership and coaching.
