Reliant Housing Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager  with strong experience in selling real estate projects. The candidate should be capable of handling leads, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries and convert leads into site visits and bookings
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal/documentation process to customers
• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain regular communication
