Job Scope:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets
- Lead corporate, fleet, and tender sales activities end-to-end (from prospecting to deal closure)

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
