Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across aerospace, defence, electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors for surface finishing, NDT, welding, and MRO services.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts across all business units (ATC Treatment, ATC Aviation, ATC Coating, ApolloFlow); conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, and capability presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Support customer qualification processes by coordinating with Quality and Operations teams to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report on leads, opportunities, and conversion rates to Management.
