We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Key Duties
• Strategizes, manages and coordinates the company’s sales and marketing activities for residential planning application management, architectural drafting, structural steel detailing, surveying, and landscape design services.
• Establish sales targets, KPIs and business development strategies to maximize revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies, operational plans and promotional strategies in consultation with senior management to support business growth within the residential construction and property development sectors.
