BE Residences is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to help expand our presence across Metro Manila and nearby cities.

This role is at the frontline of brand building and revenue generation — responsible for growing broker networks, strengthening digital visibility, and converting online inquiries into booked sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with allied brokers and sales partners
• Conduct project presentations, briefings, and Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS)
• Recruit and grow broker networks within assigned territories
• Manage assigned social media pages and digital platforms
• Create and post project updates, promos, and investment highlights
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries; qualify and endorse leads
