**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with logistics, planning, and other departments to verify shipping statuses, manage product transit, and communicate updates to customers.
- Schedule meetings with key customers and analyze account patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a resourceful point of contact for information.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and planning teams.
- Generate internal reports, including shipping statuses, credit reports, and price list updates.
Follow up on approvals for shipments.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English; an accent is not an issue.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Excellent customer service skills, as the role will serve as the liaison between sales and clients.
- Valid U.S. visa and Mexican passport.
