Job Description
Mission
- The Sales operation and analyst will oversee three activities: Sales activities, monitoring the project flow and sales administration
- Oversee the market research, analyzing the sales trend and coordinating the whole CRM activities.
- In charge in recording monthly forecasted and actual sales.
- Ensure the sales process are in order until the hand over to the PM is done.
- Coordinate with other department to handle the ordering process until the close of project.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and coordination when required.
Market Knowledge
- To cover the whole activities in Asia Pacific region.
- Analyzing sales performance (per countries, per market) – using CRM database and sale forecast.
- The analysis should be updated regularly as a sales analysis tool for the salesperson.
