Qualifications
- Handle incoming inquiries and proactively contact potential clients; prepare and follow up on quotations based on client requirements (samples, TAT, test scope, pricing).
- Manage documentation processes including application forms, contracts and billing details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate sample submissions and track progress; communicate with clients on sample status, pending documents and reporting timelines.
- Support client management by handling feedback, complaints and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- Work closely with laboratory, customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Drive sales effectiveness through process improvement, reporting, marketing materials preparation and follow-up on outstanding payments.
