Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Operations supports the Sales organization by managing sales processes, documentation, CRM accuracy, deal coordination, and operational governance. This role ensures sales activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies, enabling Sales teams to focus on revenue generation.
1. Sales Process & Deal Support
- Support Sales teams with opportunity setup, deal documentation, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate internal processes for quotations, pricing approvals, contracts, and licensing requests.
- Ensure all required documents are complete before deal submission or handover.
2. CRM Management & Data Accuracy
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
