Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Sales Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution and performance of our Consumer Sales team.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this hands‑on role sits at the centre of sales activity, supporting workflow management, governance, communication and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate information flow, strong systems adoption and operational excellence that delivers results.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting a high‑performing sales team by keeping systems, processes and communication running seamlessly. This is a collaborative, hands‑on role where your work directly enables execution, visibility and consistency across the business.
