Sales & Procurement Senior Executive

My client, a battery recycling company with a global footprint, is currently looking for someone to manage sales & procurement activities related to battery scrap in Malaysia. The main focus is securing a steady supply of raw materials for their plant while also handling the commercial side of things.

What You Will Do

• Find suppliers - look for new source of battery scrap in Malaysia and other ASEAN countries (e.g., battery makers, EV companies, other recyclers).
• Handle pricing - negotiate purchase prices and contract terms.
• Track the market - monitor metal prices (Lithium, Nickel, Cobalt, etc.) and stay updated on industry trends.
• Work with internal teams - coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and legal compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships - visit suppliers, check their performance, and maintain good working partnerships.
