Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm, effective manner.
• Actively promote gas, fuel‑related products, and other convenience store items.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Suggest additional products to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Sales representatives in retail or gas stations may need to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry products, such as promotional materials or stock items, if required by the job.
