KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and
    loyalty.
  
  
  • Identify and implement opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and value-added solutions.
  
  
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    In-Market Execution & Travel
  
  
  • Extensive weekly travel is required, including prolonged overnight stays, to effectively cover the full territory:
    West Coast, Central Karoo, Overberg, Cape Winelands, Garden Route, and the Cape Metropole.
  
  
  • Conduct regular store visits, trade engagements, and execution audits across the assigned customer portfolio
    to ensure alignment with commercial and merchandising standards.
