Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Retain and develop customers.
Create new businesses in the region.
Prospect new customers and maintain active customers.
Negotiate to provide logistics solutions.
Plan and manage your portfolio of accounts.
Build rapport and trust with customers to stay informed about the line of business in the market.
Use networks and a variety of sales channels to collaborate with customers, design marketing strategies, and provide the full chain of logistics services to meet customer needs.
Evaluate the type and size of customer needs.
Conduct customer visits (internal and external).
