Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Retain and develop customers.

• Negotiate to provide logistics solutions.
• Plan and manage your portfolio of accounts.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to stay informed about the line of business in the market.
• Use networks and a variety of sales channels to collaborate with customers, design marketing strategies, and provide the full chain of logistics services to meet customer needs.
• Evaluate the type and size of customer needs.
