Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Department: Sales
Location: Remote / Onsite (Philippines-based preferred)
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Asiacruit BPO is hiring a proactive and driven SDR to support our client acquisition efforts. The role is centered around outbound cold and warm calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects, aiming to set up discovery meetings or qualify them using the BANT framework
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile
- Set up qualified appointments for the Sales and BD Manager
- Follow and improve calling scripts and objection-handling techniques specific to the outsourcing industry
- Keep outreach activities updated in HubSpot CRM
