Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder (any course)
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, service support, or logistics
- Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
- Good communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to work under deadlines, independently, and with minimal supervision
- Organized, proactive, and with a positive working attitude
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate delivery and pull-out of medical equipment.
- Process service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor inventory, equipment assignments, and service timelines.
- Provide administrative and team support as needed.
