Achieve regional sales target set up by company, break down sales target to sales rep. and customers by following the guidance of company strategy and commercial policy 在公司战略和商务政策的指导下，完成公司制定的区域销售目标，并将销售目标分解给销售代表和客户
Closely follow up and review the progress of target achievement rate, find countermeasures in advance to close the gap if any 密切跟踪和回顾目标完成率的进展情况，如有差距，提前找到对策来缩小差距
Manage regional reports on requirements and regional sales routine activities 管理区域需求报告和区域销售日常活动
Identify customer demand or demand change, support customer to develop sales in a way of sustainable growth 识别客户需求或需求变化，支持客户以可持续增长的方式发展销售
Maintain the existing channels and develop potential channels for blank areas to continuously increase market share 维护现有渠道，开发空白区域的潜在渠道，不断提高市场占有率
