Sales Representative/ Telco

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer calls to promote the products or services of the account.
• Facilitate the sales of all the products / services according to the needs of the client.
• Assist and guide clients with all the required knowledge of products and services.
• Communicate and interpret the needs of clients by providing a professional, quality, and courteous service before, during, and after the interaction with the client through multiple channels.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all information related to the client, such as but not limited to: account information, credit card information, billing information.
• Adhere to specific procedures, guidelines, and policies of the account in relation to customer interaction and communication.
