Job Purpose & Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing an effective sales plan, achieving regional sales goals within the forecasted budget, and developing a key‑account sales strategy.
  • Understand and master the current portfolio, stay abreast of technology developments, market competition, laws and regulations, and use resources to identify the sales plan and strategy for different market segments.
  • Carry out regional business analysis and report to regional managers regularly, evaluating budget performance, product performance and operational efficiency.
  • Screen for relevant business opportunities in R&D, clinical and pharmaceutical fields, develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, and use client resources and feedback to expand BGI’s influence.
