About the Role
The Sales Support Administrator I is essential to the seamless execution of our clients and procurement operations. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from generating client quotes and processing orders in the ERP system to issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments with vendors. Acting as the primary liaison between the sales team, project managers, and external partners, you will ensure accurate record-keeping, resolve any order discrepancies, and provide timely updates to guarantee that client projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
