Location: Makati, Philippines (Hybrid)

Report to: General Manager in Philippines
Role Purpose

Responsible to ensure that goods ordered by customers are successfully delivered, received and properly documented.
What you will be doing in this role
Coordinate with logistics provider to track goods are properly received and to ensure customer requirement are adhered to.

Verify that all necessary documentation is complete to ensure processing of payment.

Ensure receipt of signed delivery notes (DN) by manual or email or system acknowledgement and proof of delivery (POD)

Partner with cross functional teams (Sales, Credit, Customer Service and Operations) to resolve goods receipting and dispute issues.

Perform goods receipting process from customer

Identify, validate, and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation
