Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, including documentation, vendor pricing requests, quotations, and order processing.
Maintain and regularly update CRM records, customer databases, enquiry logs, and sales-related documentation to ensure data accuracy.
Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms, delivering exceptional customer service.
Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and generate new business opportunities, qualifying leads before assigning them to the Sales Executive for further engagement.
Proactively follow up on existing leads, customer enquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up discussions with the sales team.
