Sales Support Engineer

Is accountable for keeping solution documentation and solution data up-to date, approved and stored in the appropriate place:

• Approval documents
• Authority approval documents
• Owner manuals
• User manuals
• ‘As built’ technical customer documentation
• Relevant layout and cost documents
• Compliance documents
• Other relevant technical documents

Based on seniority, can be also responsible for:
• Customer building adaptations and local translations of layouts (2D, 3D, BIM)
• Local codes, regulations and safety requirements compliance
• Environmental regulations compliance

Key activities:
• Handles the standard order process from 0b to 2z; executes the standard layout approval process with internal stakeholders and with customers, orders standard materials (and creates POs) from Supply Line and validates the required local materials
