Sales Support Executive

. Support the manager to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments . Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments. . Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status. . Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments. . Update shipments uplift report. . Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job. . Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers. . Ensure service standards are met with all vendors. . Manage Airlines/Trucking/ Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company. . Response to RFQ/Rates Request. . Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services. . Develop Network Agents and attend to Networks agent enquiries. . Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management. . Development of airfreight/oceanfreight/logistics businesses from existing customers/overseas partners assigned. . Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
