Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative and technically strong Sales Support Manager to join our Deck Machinery team. The team develops, delivers, and maintains complex winch and handling systems for offshore and special purpose vessels. In this role, you will contribute to developing technical solutions and strengthen sales support during tender processes, working closely with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
This position is part of the Offshore & Special Purpose business area, which owns, develops, and delivers world‑class handling solutions with a strong focus on system integration and operational efficiency for our customers. The role will focus on handling equipment for AHTS, Subsea and Special Purpose vessels. The business area is responsible for product and technology development, supply chain operations, and project delivery for all Kongsberg Maritime winch and handling solutions.
