Games Workshop invites a proactive and detail-driven Sales Support Manager to join the European Trade Team in Barcelona. The role focuses on aligning operations with strategy and optimizing systems to improve sales team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Coach, lead and inspire a small operational support team to ensure all systems and processes are fit for purpose, effectively implemented, and performing within agreed parameters. Implement forward-thinking, continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness without affecting day-to-day performance. Work closely with the Head of European Trade, Trade Sales Managers and cross‑functional departments to ensure Trade Terms are accurate, in place, and aligned with company guidelines and strategy.
