The Sales Support Specialist measures and satisfies Siemens Energy objectives for quote and order cycle time, pricing to meet margin objectives and drive customer service directly to customers.
Responsibilities include preparing quotations, entering orders for replacement parts, coordinating post‐order details across departments, and ensuring on‐time shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare formal bids and proposals using available tools.
Participate in customer negotiations on pricing, delivery, and terms.
Initiate engineering jobs for reviews and updates, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing.
