Sales Support Specialist - PCS Consumables

Job Description Summary

The Sales Support Specialist - Patient Care Solutions, Consumables will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with data including but not exclusive to Oracle, SFDC and various ERP systems. This role is responsible for engaging with customers via phone calls on a daily basis to generate leads, qualify prospects and eventually close sales. As such this role is an important member of a close-working, collaborative team.

Inquiries regarding Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Consumables are received through the GE1 Call Centre as well as online. These customer touchpoints offer an opportunity to better understand customer needs and on-sell additional products.
