Sales Support Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities Handle overseas existing and new customers
Follow up customers enquires
Provide quotations to customers
Follow up with overseas existing customers for repeat orders/ promote related products
Issue sales order
Assist Vietnam Branch (SSBVN, SIGVN) - RFQ, sales and direct import
Sales order (overseas)
Customer Evaluation
Overseas trip forecast report
Sales meeting agenda & minutes
Sales personnel weekly report
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Knowledge SAP is an advantage
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
