Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor VAS KPI reports and oversee them on a daily basis.
- Coordinate invoices with B2B vendors.
- Handle telesales for multi‑products and services.
- Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads.
- Follow up and track payments from partner banks.
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses.
- Record details of non‑Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken.
- Perform additional telesales tasks for VAS products & services.
