Responsibilities
- Acquire new Jobley accounts for U.S. clients through strategic outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to collect information necessary for job creation
- Lead business negotiations and close deals independently when needed
- Guide and support the sales team to ensure KPIs and sales goals are met
- Plan and execute strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to drive clients through the sales funnel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead nurturing
- Communicate effectively with clients, handle inquiries, and follow up on leads
- Ensure the accuracy of client information and job postings in CRM tools
