Manage Remote Staff & get sales performance from them
Make strategies to get performance, engage them in performance activities
Lead the Remote Staff Team structure as Leader.
Online Trainings and meetings sessions conduction.
Position Eligibility:
Qualification: MBA/ BBA/ BS (HR / Marketing/ Business / Management / Computer/IT)
Age: 22 Years to 35 Years
Experience: 03 Years in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development/ Team Lead
Position Skills: Communication, Training Delivery, Strategy Making, Leadership , Convincing, Large Team Leading
Office timings: 09:00am to 06:00pm. (Monday to Saturday)
